The programme has a series of courses which reinforce social and personal skills and offer key secondary life skills opportunities: Independent Living Skills, Recreation and Community Skills and Work Based Skills.

Examples of activities and projects running include drama, photography, music, cookery, citizenship, budgeting and financial literacy and team sports.
